Bookings and cancellations
A clear, fair framework for reservations, designed to protect your time, our clinical team’s time, and the experience of every client.
1. The Booking Process
Every new client starts with a free consultation. You can request one online where available, by phone on 09 212 9693, or by email at iv@nandish.health. You do not need to choose an infusion first.
- Request your free consultation: speak with our health team and ask your questions.
- Complete your health forms: share the confidential information needed for your assessment. Recent blood tests may be requested where your proposed treatment requires them.
- Review your plan and costs: we explain your proposed infusion, any required tests and your total cost.
- Confirm your appointment: our team confirms your visit once clinical assessment and any required prescribing are complete.
A consultation request does not confirm an infusion appointment.
2. Appointment Confirmations and Rescheduling
You will receive confirmation of your appointment by email or text message. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible; reschedule requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice are accommodated without charge, subject to availability.
3. Late Arrivals
Your treatment room is reserved for you. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full experience; however, your session may need to be shortened or, where there is insufficient time to treat you safely, rescheduled. A late arrival that results in rescheduling may be treated as a late cancellation.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice, no charge; any prepayment is held as a credit towards a future appointment;
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service may apply;
- No-show appointments, a fee of up to 100% of the booked service may apply, reflecting the reserved treatment room and clinical time;
- We will always take genuine emergencies and illness into account, please contact us as soon as you can.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5. Prescription Fees and Pharmacy-Supplied Products
Where a prescription is required, a doctor’s prescription fee of $60 applies. The prescription is valid for 12 months. Doctor review and prescription fees relate to clinical work performed at the time of review and are non-refundable once that review has taken place, including where treatment does not ultimately proceed.
Medication dispensed by a pharmacy (for example, prescribed iron preparations) is purchased by you from the pharmacy and is subject to the pharmacy’s own supply and returns rules. We cannot refund pharmacy-supplied products.
6. Clinical Unsuitability
If our clinical team determines, before or during an appointment, that a treatment is not suitable for you, we will discuss alternatives. Where no suitable alternative is available, any amount paid for the treatment will be refunded, less costs already incurred (such as completed doctor review or blood testing fees).
7. Private, Corporate and Group Bookings
Mobile, private, corporate and group experiences are available by arrangement, please email iv@nandish.health. These bookings incur a service and travel fee, confirmed at the time of quotation, and may be subject to minimum numbers, deposits and bespoke cancellation terms set out in your booking confirmation. Deposits for group bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be retained to cover committed clinical staffing.
